Amy I. Wagner Kester holds a degree in political science from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota and in 2005 earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin. Amy's love for travel and heart for humanitarian work has profoundly changed her life. After witnessing poverty, disease, and the devastation of war, she refocused her professional energies into international relief and development work. As part of her most recent efforts, Amy joined the GRDP staff in 2006 as the Director of Program Development. Here she works alongside our partners to design and fund humanitarian programs in some of the most challenging environments in the world.

Peter Angell

Peter Angell brings sixteen years of logistics experience to GRDP. A native of Australia, Peter operates an international public storage and logistics company in New Zealand. Peter brings practical experience in all phases of logistics, including storage, dispatch of products, importing and exporting, stock control, and working with transportation companies. His family-owned company, Cascade Storage, is registered as a Transitional Facility for Sea Containers and Peter is also accredited in Inspection of Containers of all countries per section 103 (7) Biosecurity Act 1993 Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry.

David brings an impressive set of skills to GRDP, with broad experience in all aspects of program operations, including logistics, program management, administration, security, materials procurement, national staff recruitment and management, contract negotiations, cross-cultural relationships, program reporting, coordination, and program monitoring and evaluation.
