Relationship Management
The mission of Global Relief and Development Partners is to build the leadership and professional capacity of business and government leaders in countries emerging from political and economic crisis. We do this through building creative partnerships between donors, implementing organizations, and beneficiaries. With successful and productive relationships at the heart of our services, GRDP will help your organization develop and manage a variety of key relationships in the humanitarian field.
Donor Relationships
Knowing your donor is a key tenant in securing funds for humanitarian programs. But knowing your donor means more than initiating a relationship, it means understanding donor objectives, identifying areas of shared interest, and growing the relationship into a productive partnership that effectively meets beneficiary needs. To that end, GRDP offers services to assist its partners in developing successful relationships with U.S. Government and other donors.
Cross-Cultural Relationships

GRDP specializes in understanding cross-cultural affairs and can assist your organization in managing a range of cross-cultural relationships. From high-ranking government officials to nationally hired laborers, GRDP excels in understanding cultural dynamics and leveraging local resources and existing social systems to maximize program impact. With our culturally-relevant, community-based service approach, the GRDP consultant team offers extensive experience in serving beneficiary communities, working with local leadership, recruiting and managing national staff and contractors, building local capacities, and collaborating with national organizations and governments. By growing healthy and productive cross-cultural relationships, your organization will become more effective in fulfilling beneficiary needs and enabling community ownership of humanitarian projects in the world’s most challenging environments.
