SEP Membership

SEP team membership expectations include a commitment to the following:

Program Commitment

SEP Team members must make a twelve-month commitment to participation in the program.

Assessment Trip

SEP members will participate in a five-day needs assessment trip designed to get to the heart of the need in any given country so that an implementation plan can be created specifically for that country’s business and government situation.

International Training Seminars

SEP MembershipSEP members will travel to the target country a minimum of two times per year to participate in quarterly entrepreneur training seminars. SEP members will conduct seminar training for entrepreneurs and public sector officials to provide critical skills training in the areas of leadership, strategic planning, sales and marketing, finance, product development, project management, logistics, funding development and investor relations, and talent management.

Mentor Relationship

Each SEP member will be paired with an entrepreneur or government official to provide individual leadership coaching and mentoring.

Monthly Meetings

SEP members will participate in monthly SEP Team meetings for member development, skills training, collaboration, brainstorming, and support.
