GRDP maintains a pool of experienced and talented independent consultants to work with our partners, build their internal capacities, and expand their programs. We are looking for individuals with a proven track in international relief and development work in the following areas:

Organizational development and improvement
Program development, including project design and proposal writing
Program management, implementation, and logistics
Needs assessment
Monitoring and evaluation
Cross-cultural relationships
Technical expertise in shelter, water, sanitation, health, construction, economic development, emergency relief, community development, and related humanitarian sectors
